A series of tapes, abandoned in a decaying psychiatric hospital reveal the story of Orion Williams; a boy who had been in a coma for seven years, but somehow continued to have therapy with his psychiatrist. As their conversations unfold it becomes unclear who is helping who as they both blindly strive to unearth the awful truth of how Orion ended up in hospital in the first place.
Set in the same universe as One Good Heart, Orion’s Belt explores the questions the nature of consciousness and the dangers posed by the technology we have built to save us.
